•  Saw/ Cancan w extensions

•  Spinal to spiral with supported

Cool Down

Beginners

•  Otter / head rolls

•  Transverse stretch held to Cat

•  Child pose

•  PPStand :Arms and thoracic stretch

•  Forward rolls

Intermediate/Advanced

•  Otter/head rolls, superman 1-2

•  Transverse/crunch par and across - Cat

•  Child pose ext arms, rest

•  PPStand: Arms and thoracic stretch

•  Forward rolls w Sh and Arm rolls
